About Us

I opened Sue E. Haley Insurance Agency, Inc. on January 2, 1996.  My new career as an Insurance Agent began in the front room of my home.  I had a desk, two file cabinets, and a four foot florescent garage light that swung from a bicycle hook above my head.  I worked long and hard hours, sometimes putting my clients on hold while I turned the chicken, but everyone was willing to give me a chance.  That was thirteen years ago. 

Today I have one of the largest Independent Motorcycle Insurance Agencies in the country.  I have all of you that waited so patiently while I took care of runny noses and finished dinner to thank.  Haley Insurance has been in the Top Ten People's Choice Award in Ride Texas Magazine for several years competing against companies like Allstate, Geico, and Progressive.

I believe people choose us over the large companies because they want to talk to someone who is there today and will be there tomorrow, who will take time to listen, and who will answer their questions.  We won't settle for less than what we think is the best for our customer, and that is the difference between us and Corporate America.
